CSS Profile ― Financial Aid from 276 colleges

By completing the CSS/Financial Aid Profile® application non-federal financial aid once, you can send it to any of the schools that require it as part of their application process. Check out the current list of schools.

There is a fee of $25 for filing this report, and the fee includes sending the completed report to one institution. Every additional request for the Profile incurs an additional charge. Only complete a Profile if requested to do so by the school to which you are applying.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the form used by the U.S. Department of Education to determine your Expected Family Contribution by conducting a “need analysis” based on financial information, such as income, assets and other household information, which you will be asked to provide. As its name implies, this information is used for federal aid only.
